Economy

Economy refers to the system by which goods and services are produced, distributed, and consumed within a society. It encompasses the interactions and relationships between individuals, businesses, and governments in the allocation and utilization of resources. The economy can be classified into various forms, such as market economies, where supply and demand determine prices, and planned economies, where the government makes most decisions about production and distribution. Key components of an economy include factors of production (land, labor, capital, and entrepreneurship), consumption patterns, and the monetary system. Economic activities are often measured by indicators such as gross domestic product (GDP), inflation, unemployment rates, and trade balances. The study of the economy involves analyzing how different entities operate and interact, as well as assessing the impact of policies and external factors on economic performance.
